Car Park Update…

As many of you may have noticed, things have been relatively quiet on the surface regarding our new car park development. However, behind the scenes, we've been diligently preparing for the next phase of this project.

Respecting Nature: Hibernating Doormice

One of the key reasons for the pause in activity is our commitment to environmental stewardship. We are currently waiting to commence the next phase until mid-April, allowing hibernating doormice to wake up and leave their winter nests undisturbed. This decision reflects our dedication to preserving and protecting the natural habitats surrounding us.

Enhancing Accessibility: Hedge Clearance and New Entrance

In the upcoming weeks, you'll notice increased activity as we prepare to remove the final clearance on the hedge. This clearance is essential for improving visibility and ensuring the safety of all our customers and visitors. Additionally, we'll be forming a new entrance to the car park, streamlining access and enhancing convenience for everyone.

Temporary Traffic Measures

During the construction of the new entrance, please be advised that temporary traffic lights will be installed to manage the flow of vehicles safely. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this period of transition. Our priority is to ensure minimal disruption while maximizing safety for all.

We're thrilled to share some fantastic news that we've been eagerly waiting for! After two years of unwavering dedication and incredible support from all of you, we've officially received permission to proceed with the construction of a brand-new car park.
