Gift cards can be exchanged for goods of equivalent value and cannot be refunded for cash.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed after the expiry date, 12 months after purchase.

We recommend you register your gift card as lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged.

If we believe a gift card is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and remove credit.

Banwell House Pub Company Ltd. Reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the card at reasonable notice.

Holcombe Farmshop and Kitchen Gift Card

You can purchase our gift card in values between £10 - £200.

Credit on most gift cards are redeemable straight away, no further action is required.

The gift card can be used as full or partial payment.

E-gift cards can be purchased online and these vouchers will dispatched to you or directly to the recipient via email.

Gift cards can be purchased on site.

Gift experiences

Only one gift experience can be used at any one time.

Any additional items not listed on the gift must be paid for.

Gift may only be redeemed once.

No change or credit will be given when using a gift experience voucher.
